About Suzanne Rozdeba

Founder, All Booked

Suzanne Rozdeba is a lifelong lover of words and stories, and launched All Booked in September 2025. She worked in journalism for about 20 years, and her career spanned media organizations including CBS, NBC, The New York Times, and New York Daily News. She was previously the Digital Editorial Director for Audacy in New York City. The concept of All Booked came about when she was considering ways to bring together her love of books and the Catskills / Hudson Valley. She’s a member of the Catskills Women’s Collective, which supports local, women-owned small businesses (you’ll meet some of the women on the retreats).

Suzanne is a first generation, Polish American. She speaks fluent Polish and dabbles in Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. She has lived and worked in countries including Cuba, Israel, Ecuador, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Greece. She gravitates towards stories about people and cultures she would like to learn more about. She lives in Windham, New York, in the Catskill Mountains with her husband Michael, their 10-year-old daughter Mika (also a book lover), and two rescue pups, Splotchy and Mimi. She’s a book-buying addict and running out of room for more Billy bookshelves.

All Booked was born out of her greatest passions: travel, storytelling, and soulful connections. A devoted bibliophile, Suzanne wants to offer women a meaningful escape centered around books, deep conversation, and natural beauty.
