You agree to the below All Booked retreat terms and conditions upon purchase of a ticket in the retreat. Retreat registration is confirmed once payment is received. Your retreat ticket includes what was listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. You must be 21 and over to attend. 

If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund, minus transaction fees. There is no refund for arriving late, or leaving a trip early, or for weather-related reasons, or health-related reasons. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before a retreat, All Booked may assist in finding a replacement if a waitlist exists, but it is ultimately the your responsibility to do so. Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.

All Booked is not liable or obligated to refund or reschedule the retreat in the event of cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, or acts of God.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat. Participants must inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat. Any damage to property caused by participants will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

Participants are required to comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the retreat organizers. The retreat organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat. Participants authorize All Booked to seek emergency medical care on their behalf if needed. Participants will provide an emergency contact upon registration for the retreat.

Alcohol may be served at the retreat for participants who are 21 years of age or older. By attending, you acknowledge that consumption of alcohol is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion and risk.

All Booked assumes no responsibility for the actions of participants under the influence of alcohol, including injury, illness, or damage to property. You agree to drink responsibly and understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior related to alcohol may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

All Booked reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, activities, or accommodations due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. All efforts will be made to notify participants in a timely manner.

By participating in the retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the retreat, including but not limited to physical injury, property loss, illness, or accidents related to activities such as hiking, yoga, use of hot tubs, or travel.

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless All Booked and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or damages, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation.

You acknowledge that this waiver is binding and that you are solely responsible for your personal safety and well-being during the retreat.

Participants must consent to the use of their likeness in photographs, videos, or promotional materials related to the retreat. Any photographs or videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.

Participant information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the retreat. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

All Booked reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to others, or the environment.

All Booked is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming retreat environment. However, retreats are held in private homes that may not meet ADA accessibility standards. The homes may include stairs, narrow doorways, and bathrooms that are not wheelchair accessible. Additionally, certain retreat activities (such as hiking, yoga, or vineyard visits) may not be accessible to all participants. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the physical limitations of the retreat venue and activities.

We encourage participants with accessibility needs to contact us in advance of booking to discuss available accommodations. While All Booked will make reasonable efforts to support participants, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met due to the nature of the retreat venue and activities.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
