How Do I Get There?
The retreats are located in Windham, NY, in the Catskill Mountains. Windham is about two-and-a-half hours by car and train from New York City and the tri-state area. To travel by train, take Amtrak’s Empire State line to the Hudson stop. From there it’s a 35-minute cab ride to Windham. To travel by plane, fly into Albany International Airport, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Windham.
